This group was set up to collate all information relating to anxiety. It should act as a place to come to for support and information and to share your story. Whether you have anxiety or know someone who has please join this group and add your experiences and or useful information which you have found whilst trying to cope with this subject.
I do some of those there is obviously something good about them. The travel pill thing is a new idea? Another one I like is actually running. Running helps run out the nervous energy.
